31st August- Opening of nomination
*Wednesday*
6th Sept- Closing of nomination
*Friday*
8th Sept- Publication of list of applicant's
*Saturday*
9th Sept- Vetting of applicant's, 9am to 6pm.
*Sunday*
10th Sept- Vetting of applicant's, 12pm to 6pm.
*Tuesday*
12th Sept- Publication of Final List qualified applicant's.

Students are encouraged to pick forms at the various locations:
* The porters Lodge of all the various hall of residence
* SRC office behind Valco hall
* Porters Lodge of Ayensu plaza for all students at Ayensu and it's environs
*Porters Lodge of Sammy Otoo for all at Kwaprow and its environs
*Porters Lodge of Oye Inn for all at Amomama and its environs
